“JEAN-CLAUDE CARBONNE, COLLABORATIONS ARTISTIQUES”
Né dans les années 1950, Jean-Claude Carbonne découvre la photographie à l’âge de 16 ans et intègre le service communication de la ville d’Aix-en-Provence. Il entame dès 1996 une collaboration étroite avec le Ballet Preljocaj, tout en contribuant à la réalisation de nombreux ouvrages consacrés à l’opéra, à la danse, au théâtre et au cirque. Son œuvre personnelle s’articule principalement autour de thèmes tels que l’oubli, le passage du temps et l’empreinte humaine. Disparu en 2024, au moment même où Théâtres en Dracénie exposait quelques-uns de ses plus beaux clichés, il laisse derrière lui grâce à son regard sensible, certaines des plus belles images de l’œuvre d’Angelin Preljocaj. Une exposition conçue en partenariat avec l’unité Art Contemporain Artothèque
